this another great litter box,it is a medium pet carrier.You take the top and gate off and it is perfect and should you need a bigger box you just upsize to a large crate.
the demenions are 28" long by 21.5" wide.
This is Arnold in his litterbox,it is a large insulated dog house without the roof,Arnold's family had to move where he wasn't allowed so we found him a new home.Arnold is 45lbs.This measures 37" long and 29" wide.

WHAT DO THEY EAT?...
Our indoor girls eat Potbelly pig food that can be bought at your local Tractor Supply Store they also get fresh grass and hay and fruit and vegetables . For a wonderful selection of supplements,food and supplies I recommend going to www.healthypigs.com
WHAT DO YOU FEED THEM FOR SNACKS?....
The only snacks I recommend is popcorn they love it,microwave or air popped it doesn't matter it's just darn good!
But i know that there are other snacks that our pigs do eat such as...
Marshmallows,pretzals and dog treats,which fine but please in moderation!
WHAT TOYS DO THEY LIKE?...
I suggest any dog toy where you put treats in it and they have to figure out how they come out,such as "Buster cube" "Molecuball" and the "Talk to me treat ball" also known as "treat balls" Etc...
WHAT DO YOU USE FOR LITTER?...
Always pine shavings never cedar,you can find these at livestock/feed stores.
WHAT DO YOU USE FOR A LITTERBOX?
we start with the bottom of a cat carrier and as they get bigger we get bigger carriers also a great and inexpensive way is Rubbermaid storage containers you cut out the side and it works fantastic.The most inportant thing to remember is when pigs potty the go in turn around and squat so it needs to be wide enough to turn around in,I have a picture of a storage container we made for this on this page.
WHAT DO THEY LIKE TO SLEEP ON?...
they like blankets or dog pillows whichever you prefer on your floor.
CAN I HAVE 2 OR MORE PIGS?
This is my most asked question and its a long one to answer so please pay attention.
many people feel that when they get one animal,they should get another of the same species to keep the first one company.In doing so you will only be defeating the purpose of having the pet for your own.When given a choice a piglet will choose another piglet to play and bond with before it will choose a human,After a pig has grown up and bonded to a human family you can add another pig,but do not wait too long,they may get aggressive to a new pig because of territory disputes,neutered and spayed pigs are the easiest to bring in another pig with.
To tell it plainly if you take 2 piglets they will not love you,come to you,they will fear you,you will not exist to them.
A NOTE ABOUT SCREAMING PIGS:
A pig that does not want to be held or restrained wil scream until it is put down.
the scream of a jet engine at take-off is 113 decibals,while the scream of a frightened pig has been measured at 115 decibals.Have patients maybe try sitting with the piglet in your arms vs' standing,if you put them down while they are screaming your only doing what they want,and they will scream everytime.
